Maya Rossignac-Milon will be starting a Post-Doctoral Position at the Columbia Business School in Summer 2019. Broadly speaking, her research investigates the experience of being mentally "in sync" with others. She examines the role of shared reality--the perceived commonality of thoughts and feelings with others--in interpersonal relationships. Specifically, she explores how shared reality influences both the experience of interpersonal closeness and the sense of certainty.
